The most convenient airport is Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW).

Distance: Approximately 24 km (15 miles) from Pałacyk Otrębusy.

Travel Time to Venue: About 20–25 minutes by taxi/private transfer.

The venue is located in the town of Otrębusy, outside of central Warsaw. We strongly recommend the following for arrival:

Taxi / Ride-Sharing (Recommended): The fastest and easiest option, especially with luggage. A pre-booked private transfer or a taxi/Bolt/Uber from the airport will take approximately 20–25 minutes

Rental Car: The venue offers free parking if you plan to explore the area extensively.

For convenience, we recommend:

Wedding day: Pałacyk Otrębusy Business & Spa: The venue itself offers rooms, allowing you to walk straight back after the wedding. Please, let us know if you want to book it, because we might be able to get a discount.

Extra days: If you are thinking about visiting Warsaw: We recommend booking a hotel room or a rental property for the rest of the days in central Warsaw using websites like AirBnb, Booking.com or Hotels.com

August 21 falls in the pleasant late season. Average daily high temperature: 23°C to 26°C. Average daily low temperature in the evening: 12°C to 14°C.

Warsaw offers fantastic history and culture:

The Old Town (Stare Miasto): A UNESCO World Heritage site, rebuilt after WWII. Must-see sights include the Royal Castle and the Market Square.

Łazienki Park: Warsaw’s largest park, famous for the Palace on the Water and the Chopin Monument.

Warsaw Uprising Museum: A poignant and highly-rated museum dedicated to the 1944 Uprising.

Palace of Culture and Science: A massive example of Socialist Realist architecture and a city icon. It houses theaters, museums, and a popular viewing terrace on the 30th floor.

The local currency is the Polish Złoty (PLN).

Poland is very card-friendly; Visa and Mastercard are accepted almost everywhere (hotels, restaurants, shops).

  • We recommend using Revolut.

Our Story

Once upon a time (well, more like 8 years ago), a Spanish guy from a tiny town decided to take on London… without barely speaking any English. Crazy, right? Well, he ended up wearing fancy clothes and going to a fancy building in the city, where he meets a stunning Polish woman who speaks perfect English and probably thought, “What is this guy even saying?” Spoiler: he wasn’t saying much—Google Translate was doing all the heavy lifting. Somehow, between awkward translations, nervous laughs, and a lot of “Wait, what did you mean?”, he managed to sneak his way into her heart. And look at them now: after countless adventures, many years together, and three amazing kids, they’re planning the biggest one yet—their wedding! Here’s to love that speaks every language… even if it started with an app.
